What’s on your mind?

I will entertain just about any question you like here.  So ask me about what’s on your mind.

  1. Please help me to answer these question, when Cain killed is brother Abel, God curse him and marked him, and send him to the east of Eden, he said I will protect you, and if someone killed you, I will take seven lives in revenge to them. The question is, who live before Adam and Eve????

I think the assumption there is that nobody was around when Cain slew Abel except Adam and Eve. It’s a reasonable assumption being that after that episode, Seth was born to replace Abel. But it’s not necessarily true. The text does not exclude the possibility of other children, and it certainly doesn’t preclude children born after Seth. In fact, children after Seth is a necessity, because Cain needed someone to marry. So what I think he was talking about is his brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, etc. Any one of them, once grown, could have killed him during his 900 or so years of life.

Nobody lived before Adam. He was the first man.
1 Cor. 15:45-47 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; […] The first man is of the earth, earthy…
Further, verse 22 says we’re all related to Adam. That’s why we’re all under the curse.

I wager you have a particular item of evidence (or two) that you are trying to fit with something like Neanderthal, but you don’t need to do this. Most YEC’s believe Neanderthals were post-flood humans. Evidence of their remains wouldn’t be anywhere near Adam or Eve’s remains. Pre-flood people would be buried under hundreds of feet of rock in most places.
